Quality Product
I have used arrow staple guns for a long time. I find them to be reliable.
They work very well in the projects that I have used them in. I also bought my mother an electric one because she could not use her older manual one. I also had to buy a new one because I loaned mine to my son, and he never returned it.
Furthermore, I told him he could have it since it meant I could have a new one. ;) I even bought a new bag to keep it in.

Not working
I got this from Home Depot, and it quickly went bad. Two months old, not good.

Tool replacement and free storage caddy
I have had an Arrow staple gun for over 30 years and it finally bit the dust. It's been a reliable tool, as long as you don't use the cheaper, off-brand staple (which clogs up the staple gun).

Sharp edges on handle
The first time I used the JT21 stapler, I cut my finger on the edge of the handle. I was going to return it to Home Depot for a refund, but my husband smoothed the edges with a file.
It really works very well except for the edges being very sharp. Please address that issue. Free caddy code is 1117.

Purchase new stapler and writing a review
I now own three Arrow staplers and use them for my business. I have found that they stand up to everything I throw at them. Rough and easy to use with the different sizes of staplers, they are great.
